I've had this product for four months. I bought a black car with black leather seats. Needless to say, it gets HOT in the summer. This cover cools the crotch and lumbar area just fine and you can feel the air. The middle of the back and higher is just so-so. I drive leaning back in my seat, though. If you're more of a back-off-the-seat sitting straight up type of driver I think you'll have no issue with it cooling all the way up to your shoulders.I don't find it to be very loud, even at high speed, but I usually have my radio up too. As for comfort, I don't even notice it's there. It installs in seconds and once the temps drop I'll be taking it out for the winter so I can enjoy the heated seats fully. Two tips I have read about this type of seat cover.1. Use the floor/dash vent setting so some of the cool air is lower and the fan can pick up the cool air. I do this and it helps a lot.2. It sounds weird, but one person installed his cover upside down so he could have better back cooling rather than crotch cooling since his back is where he sweated the most.Would I buy this again, yes. For $50ish, if I get two summers out of it I got my money's worth.I installed this in my old non-air conditioned pickup truck this morning. The fit and finish of the materials is good. Installation was simple, took about 1 minute. It's about an inch thick, so I had to adjust my seat downwards and back a little. The power cord is adequately long to reach the cigarette lighter plug. Two buttons, one for on and off, and one to select between the 3 fan speeds, is easy to reach, next to the right thigh. The outdoor air temp this morning was just under 100F. This product is NOT going to give you a chill, but I was pleasantly surprised to feel ANY kind of air movement. Speeds low and medium are useless, but the high level will at least push SOME air over the back of your knees, your thighs, and your lower back. With that, you'll get the feeling of being slightly cooler. It won't do anything for your upper back, neck, shoulders or head. Only time will tell if this thing is durable, but I'll recommend giving this a try if your only option is to lower the windows. Oh. There's absolutely NO sexual gratification with this product, if, y'know, you were hoping for some. See Amazon's "Sexual Pleasure Tools." Bye.I wish it was a little wider, my leg covers the buttons. It could the bottom pretty well but I don't feel as much on my back. Definitely better than before. It works okay, but not great. I can definitely feel air moving through up to my lower back. Above that point, nothing. It is also quite moisyAwesome product!!!!Definitely cools well. Put some AC towards your feet and it will cool you very well. I found it too uncomfortable though so ended up returning it. The cushion itself wasn’t great but for me the problem was now my head didn’t sit back against the headrest and I got some neck strain. The noise is a little loud but not terrible (like any small fan).It does what it’s intended to do. Car’s A/C stopped working so thought I’d try this, in hopes of back and bottom not sweating as much. It actually worked. I still sweat but I’m only damp compared to being soaked without it. Only thing I dislike about it is the discomfort. It looks good and gets the job done, just wish it were more comfortable.I bought if for my boyfriend who always complains about his Tesla’s sweaty seats. It gets pretty nasty in California with black vegan leather interior. I found this seat cover which looked better than the ones for over $100, and I am absolutely happy with my purchase. It does work! It works so great, that I have to turn it off because my ass gets cold) but its perfect for someone who gets hot easily. On the downside it makes you seat higher, and its a bit stiff. On the upside it does the job, and its nor too loud. Happy with this purchase
